DUNKES DVN2
Settings before commissioning:
Various settings must be made before commissioning the machine.
Speed regulation:
The adjustment screw for regulating the speed is located above the power
selector on the right-hand side of the machines. Turning to the right reduces
the speed. Turning it anti-clockwise increases the speed. The adjusting screw
can be secured using the lock nut, i.e. once a speed has been selected, it can
be permanently set.
Force regulation:
The force or pressure is preselected using the handle screw on the right-hand
housing wall. Turning to the right means more pressure, turning to the left
means less pressure.
The set pressure can be read on the pressure gauge (on the head of the machine).
To ensure that the pressure fluctuations of the air network do not affect the
tappet force, this should always be set slightly lower than the lowest pressure
in the network.
The ram force should not be set significantly higher than the workpieces
require.
